Wet windows after down/up?

Anyone else have their windows come but up wet after being down? I get this even 24 hours after there has been rain or I've washed the Z, even when

Default Wet windows after down/up?
Anyone else have their windows come but up wet after being down? I get this even 24 hours after there has been rain or I've washed the Z, even when the windows were dry before I put them down. I worry that there is moisture in the door panel, or the the weather stripping is failing.
