A question to those of you with a manual transmission. Do you ever skip a gear? Say you are easily shifting through the gears and get to about 50 mph

Skip a gear?
A question to those of you with a manual transmission.
Do you ever skip a gear? Say you are easily shifting through the gears and get to about 50 mph in 4th, do you just skip 5th and go right to 6th?
