Oh, we have the same paint. In the light, it's a bright red. When it's dark out, it's a much darker red to almost black.

Interesting. When I was at the dealer they showed me a red car. I said I don't want red, I want black. So they brought this one around and all the paperwork said it was black. I should have known...

I think it's the ECU noise throwing your sight off. I heard it damages your retinas. Mine clearly looks better.
