Yes, you're quite likely correct for this particular situation, but comments like the ones you made above are simply inane.

But on a serious note, good on the OP for showing this *******...

However, realize that many of us could find ourselves acting the same way toward a Civic owner if we're already having a bad day. Hell, anybody who owns a nice car under a certain age is subject to all kinds of unfair stereotyping and labeling. But the example in this thread is truly deserving of those stereotypes.
