Lol no I am gonna stick with this z for a long time. The only reason I got rid of the 06 z was because a guy wanted to buy it and gave me around 16k for it and I had bought it for 13k. I got a call two weeks later and found out his 16 yr old kid put it in a guard rail and totalled it. Then I bought an 05 35th anniversary edt. And then traded it in for the 370

And if you look at it almost half of Z drivers, on this forum anyway, are between 21 and 30. Oh well I still feel young anyway!

binary0x01 10-05-2012 07:22 PM

30 here

SS66 10-06-2012 09:21 AM

It is threads like these that helped come to the conclusion to sell my Z. I mean really, come on! Its not like the young, middle aged etc. are going to hang out etc. LOL :ugh2:

brobnett 10-06-2012 08:38 PM

53 and this is my first post. Currently driving a 2010 370Z Black 6MT with the sport package. First Z was a 240Z in high school.

:bowrofl: age is nothing but a #, although to some it means more than that. :icon17:

Well that's a stupid thing to say, that's why you sold your Z. Doesn't matter what car you drive, someone much older and much younger will have one. I know of 20yr old that drive Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, and many GTR's. What does that mean, it means absolutely nothing. Age is absolutely irrelevant. We are all here because we are car enthusiasts. Age doesn't discriminate to car enthusiasts. If one is really young, mid aged, old, whatever, and can afford whatever car it is(370z or a Lambo), great for them, props to them. Who cares about their age, nobody really. Unless your a hater, that's a different story.:stirthepot:

Ain't no shame or need to be hesitant about owning a Z at any age just because some grumps complain. Congrats & enjoy your car.

I remember my Dad saying this when he is asked about his age. To him there are two numbers.......

when asked how old he is, he wold proudly say 60 above the waist and 16 below the waist :rofl2:

98intrigue 10-08-2012 05:38 PM

I'm 27, look 21, and will act an age according to the situation. Sometimes I feel like an old man because I have to be in bed between 9-10pm, since I have to be up at 4:30am. Put me behind the wheel of a sports car and I feel like a kid. Put me around my closest friends, some alcohol, and a I act like I'm 5, haha.

I am 52 (as of Saturday) but most people think I am about 49 or 50. :icon17:

As long as I stay looking younger, I guess it will pay off in the long run. I agree...you're only as old as you think.
