I put the wheels back on and lowered my z back down without placing the 4*8 under the tires. I usually slowly lower the z back down but this time the handle was stuck and as I twisted the handle to lower the z, it came down quickly. The handle completely bent the sport lip back and the floor Jack was stuck under the car. The first thing that came to my mind is the oil pan is crushed and the second was good thing my varis lip isn't on yet because it would of been broken.
It happens to the best of us. I can't tell you how many wheel chokes I've ruined because I forgot they were still behind the rear wheels when I was finished with the job.

An operational check list would probably help for these situations.
