I had the same problem for a while and it drove me crazy. I finally figured out that you don't push the window button all the way down, but just

I had the same problem for a while and it drove me crazy. I finally figured out that you don't push the window button all the way down, but just half way if you want to stop it at a certain point. If you push it all the way down and it's in auto mode it never stops for me until its all the way down.
