AK merged two threads together. See post #21 above? That used to be post #1, then I pointed out that mono01 had already started an older thread on the same topic (which is this current thread), and AK nuked the new thread and transferred all the posts to this older thread. Which is how post #1 became post #21.

I followed that...but what about all the posts that were deleted with the useful information? Did you miss them ?

I think they were deleted before I read them.
