Sorry to hear that. Have you thought about a clear bra? I actually had them install some on the rear rocker panels as well as rocks seem to hit this area very often too.

Nope, I put work miles on my Mazda 3 and groceries. Weekend miles on the Z. My daily commute is 38 miles and i am in a car pool with 3 other people. I only drive once every 3rd week and we barely put any miles on our cars.

That almost makes me feel nauseous. what worries me is the practicality. I'd probably trade the pony for the Z, which means loosing two seats. Dinky seats which only work for kids and people with no knees, but seats none the less. Probably have to buy my first beater first.

I'm 5'7" and usually fit in the back seats of even a Porsche! But when I saw the back seats in the 05+ Mustang I laughed my @ss off. You'd need to be paraplegic to sit in the back of the stangs now. The back seats are a joke.

Yep my 335 is a great looking car, but it's getting beat to hell out there. I've gotten to where I don't even take great care of it anymore. It's a lease they can have it in 14 months.

I don't plan to make it my only car, but I still won't have any cars with more than 2 seats, unless I'm driving a couple of hot chicks around. Then the passenger seat turns into a two girl seat.

The more I think about it, the more I'm thinking I'll get the 370Z then some sort of beater/hauler/people carrier, be it wagon/hatchback/minivan, used. I was originally thinking the other way around. The pony is in a pretty good resale spot right now, though I did take the hit since she's out of 3yr warranty, but still around 23k miles. Once she gets up to 40-50k, start really hurting in resale. One thing is for sure, not going to finance anything. Too many examples (good and bad) in the family, I've learned the lesson without every having had to do it myself.
