yah, when my wife is working with a client close to my work we go out on a lunch date few times a month.  we're not really that outgoing these days. but we did go out a lot when we were younger. been with her almost 2 decades so we kinda already played i guess. once our little kid starts going to school on saturdays (private school) we will go out more for brunch, etc.

i agree.  but we're not that young any more and we rather rest at home or be with the kids on the weekends. when our kids are teens i will take her out on a drive every weekend and have brunch somewhere, take a few snaps of the outdoors, etc. this is actually one of the reasons why i wanted to learn photography.
