What did you do with your Z today

That sucks, I have the same issue with the stock exhaust but much worse. I think its some sort of bracket, brace, or packing inside that came loose or broke

I think its some sort of bracket, brace, or packing inside that came loose or broke off. I hope you can get it fixed or replaced.
