i haven't seen my z yet today...

but yesterday i loaded up a amber side marker Z jpeg (edited the pict so it's dark) in my DVD player so that it appears it lights up when the backlight on the HU lights up when switching modes, etc. :p

Yeah I wanted leather in the car and I wanted to get it as close as possible to a stock look. The orginal cloth was black with red stitching, so i had the leather done the same way.

Added about 650ml of oil.

Drove my Z for an hour. Was happy.
Flew in a Cessna for 3 hours in 100F weather. Was unhappy.
Drove my Z back for an hour with the A/C set to "arctic". Was very happy. :)

Showed it to a guy that came over to buy some parts.

How it sound, what about the performance? 12 or 18 resonators? Looks nice!

It sounds just right. Louder, but not obnoxious Fast & Furious loud. The tone is a little angry, sexy growl that sounds refined and high-end (expensive).

Had a nightmare (3 different dreams) of my Z being vandilized and/or broken into. Kept waking up, checking my car, going back to sleep, and then having a similar nightmare. It sucked.

Luckily, the Z is [still] safe.

Selfies with the iPhones just weren't working out, and the two of them climbing out of and back into the car drew enough attention, so I decided not to be a total attention whore dweeb by asking someone to take a pic of my Z-nage-a-trois.

On a more Z-related note, I just installed H&R 20mm spacers in the rear. Sprayed them low gloss black to match the hats on my rotors so you can't see them.
Slapped on a Nismo radiator cap.

yesterday: washed her

today: installed my cabin filter

What did I do with my z today? walked past it a few times and patted her on the spoiler each time.

She doesn't leave the garage every day. Only for fun occasions.
