Was told the stock cover does fit with or without the Motordyne plate.

Kenchan, thanks!:tiphat: Now just need to see my dyno results.

oh no. It's THAT hard to remove just that black cover? I was planning to have a shop do a matte black rear valence overlay next week, and I was hoping to take that black cover off to get good coverage within that area to avoid any white "peeking" out.

Is it that hard? Any recommendations?

G2Z your tint place should be able to tuck the vinyl into the crevis WITHOUT removing the dummy lamp. it is a royal PITA to remove that thing so dont even touch it. once removed you may not be able to put it back on. :D

nissan went on a thread-lock party on that nut and the bolt that is inside breaks free very easily. i too had to cut the nut with my dremel...

ah geeeez. Another loctite ordeal again? At least with the oem shift knob I removed, I could wrap a strap wrench around that. Not so much for this nut/bolt I guess.

So I am hoping that the tint place can tuck that in fairly well.

No Z action for me either this morning (rain), but yesterday, I took the Z to yet another car meet with some buddies. There was a SC'd camaro there, with an intake piping diameter of like 6"... I kid you not. That thing was prolly laying 500whp at least. A nice shelby cobra parked next to us too. lol. I still think my Z was the best looking of the bunch ;)

Hey man, did you use a tripod for those shots, or perhaps an image stablilizing lens?? I'm thinking about getting the NikonD60 after seeing your shots.

G2Z has some secret DSLR camera and uses RAW files to upload.
