LOL my first 370z encounter in SoCal i almost rear ended him too... well he was going too slow and i was playing with him hahaha

glad your ok, this really sucks, if it was me i would wish that they would consider it "totalled" so that i can pick up another new one. Sucks that this will pop up on the carfax report. Hope you get what you can out of the other driver.
