I like the fact of being able to control my rpms instead of the ecu doing so

250 a tank,,,,big difference to my 450 & still have 1/4.
normally don't let it do the synchro downshifting/but during this little experiment,i wanted to not put it in "D"
I was looking harder at the 3.69 gears or 3.90, but cking the worse case cinero on the fuel milage...haven't hardly had past 60 at cruise..very smooth-but did notice oil temp was up about 5 degrees.Enjoy all the comments/ but you must be modded out pretty much or idling a lot city driving,,,250 a tank really sucks.
when i drive mine hard;i still get 24 and up.

Did you feel your ears burning the last couple of weeks??

I bet I said "Damn you Jchammond" 20+ times...

I spent the last 2 weeks behaving and still only got 25.1mpg for the tank (~23.2 when just driving) back in my 350 6sp I could get 26+ for a tank and the 370 is rated higher, I could coast clutch in and maintain speed down hills or into stops which I'm not supposed to do in the 7at (but I do have a lifetime power train warranty...)

What kinda hills do you have in Central fla.
i bet i could exceed 30mpg there.
also note/ 245/45/18 Front & 275/40/18 Rear 26.7" diameter (oem) with 36psi
Base/Touring....so no wings or spoilers for extra drag.

What rpms did you shift at every gear? Heavy acceleration? I STEPPED on mine and still got 320 to the tank last time. Gas saving I've gotten 435
