Man I would have call a tow truck to pull her car sideways and help prevent so much damage.

And even if she did hit your car how did she expect you to get in it?

depending on how bad the dents are they may have to replace all the panel on that side. And that is prbably what I would demand to ensure no problems later on with little things poping up. I had a car hit my Audi door and the dent looked like someone just kick the door panel, no scratch just a dent and they replaced the whole door.

That is totally F'ed up man! Someone backed into my front bumper at a church parking lot and hightailed it out of there 28 days after I bought my car, but the damage isn't as bad as yours. Do you have some pics of what your left side looks like? At least you have pics and a license plate to prove it.

She was like Pakistani or something and she kept mumbling. As soon as i saw it i ran across the parking lot and witnessed her trying to get out--i.e-scraping my car and ruining the entire left side. I banged on her trunk and started swearing.....she got out and mumbled a bunch of stuff and then i had to walk away for a second as I kinda went into shock......afterwards I had to jump in my car and back it out, the noise was TERRIBLE!!!!! then i was inspecting the damage i noticed my mirror was scratched and she comes over and goes "i didnt hit that part"......i flipped you know what.......i then got all her insurance info and took off......its kinda ridiculous how stupid people are.........its like u hit a car, confess up to it, apologize, and then offer to pay.......i cant wait to see what happens tomorrow when i call my insurance.......im not paying one single cent for this.....they better pay teh deductible too

To be honest i was in shock, i just couldnt believe someone could actually do this.....Her husband showed up and was like "we could settle this outside the insurance companies, and i was like dude they only made like 900 of these, its a 40th anniversary with special paint..it going to cost you a lot of money" he then was like well it doesnt look that bad.......thats when i grabbed his registration papers and had to walk away.......friggin stupid people

Smart man, havign dealt with people from the middle east, you made the smart move. Not speaking or all of them, but EVERY SINGLE ONE of them I've dealt with would give you a dollar figure that sounds reasonable, then later say they didn't say that, and would adjust the number to less than that amount, then adjust it again, and again...to the point where they are just insulting you over and over...

Go through your insurance. It's obviously a collision claim, and the resonsible party should pay for it...

And, watch...they won't have insurance.

That is just crazy. I don't know how that lady got a license but it needs to be revoked! How do you run up the whole length of the car like that and not notice?

Anyway, here in Massachusetts you don't have to pay any deductible if it is proven that the other driver is at fault. Furthermore if you are parked (even illegally) and your vehicle is hit then the other driver is automatically at fault. The photographic evidence helps confirm everything, so good move on that.
