Depend on which lane they are tailgating...if they did it on the far left lane, i will try to change lane to let them pass by...but if i'm on the right far lane and they tailgating me, that will piss me off....i'll do brake check/slow down....

Tailgating is almost constant here in Phoenix. Seems like the smaller car you're driving the more you get tailgated. When I drove a Jeep Wrangler it was less of a problem. Sometimes speeding up or changing lanes is possible, but frequently the only choice is to hang in there and hope they don't hit you. Slamming on the brakes doesn't seem like a great idea since the tailgater is usually driving an SUV or a pickup and I like my car.
