Hey guys! Unfortunately, I also have two sorts of vibrating noises in my car, which makes me mad. Is there any instruction/guidance at this side, how to remove the headliner?

Hey guys!
Unfortunately, I also have two sorts of vibrating noises in my car, which makes me mad. Is there any instruction/guidance at this side, how to remove the headliner? In Schrute's Journal, he said there are already some threads with pictures how to remove the rear stuff, but I can't find any. Could anyone give me some links, or post a few pics on how to remove the headliner? I don't want to break something when doing this on my own. But I have to do something, because otherwise these noises are driving me INSANE...
