What if theres an oil leak, is it going to leak in between the tiles?

My fiancee an I both have new cars and I do all the oil changes and clean up, so Im not currently worried about oil leaks. In the future though, it wont be an issue because you can lift the flooring up very easily and clean underneath. It could leak between, yes, for sure, but like I said, its easy to clean underneath.

Sweet looking garage. I'm thinking one of those garage stools with a matching checkerboard pattern would look nice.

Do you have a floor drain? I can't see one. Do you ever have liquid on that floor and how does it hold up?
