Yea, just go for a test drive. People can tell you their opinions about the 370, but only you can tell if it's what you would want. I did own an 04 350 before the new Z...I missed it for like a week and than I said " Daym, I love this car!" The 350 is just a memory now and THE Z..is the FUTURE :)

The 300ZXTT is faster and lower and wider, and that gives it a totally unique feel compared to other Z's I have owned (82,86,05,09). The turbos give it a different performance feel altogether, and my 300ZXTT is modded so the performance difference is substantial. But thats not to rag on the 370Z at all. I love it. Far and away better than the 350Z. The differences of the two cars (300ZXTT & 370Z) are what makes this the best combination of Z's I have owned. You won't feel like you are driving the same car when you switch to the other. To me its a good setup to have the 300ZXTT as a weekend car and the 370Z as a daily driver that you never get tired of driving. |
I need to find myself a clean 300zx TT .... every single one i see has some fiberglass body kit thats cracked in 4 spots with mufflers hanging off scraping on the ground...

It weights less. Shorter wheel base A bit lower. Basically the same HP/Torque numbers as the 370z, I believe HP is slightly less (10-15) which is made up in loss of weight. The 350z v. 300ZX (both stock) went to the 300ZX, the 370z is actually the probably a bit faster but still a tough race. |

Last summer when it was 100+ for several days I had no issues with oil temps. I have 10k miles on my 2009 and it burns zero oil.

how did we come to fight about the 300zx tt vs. the 370z?
