What is happening is that the seat belt buckle mechanism is getting jammed between the door and the seat when you close the door causing outward pressure on the door. When you try to use the FOB or outside door button, it isn't strong enough to actually unlock the door. For some reason, using the inside unlock button and opening it from the inside does work. Since I figured that out, I always make sure the buckle is stowed all the way up and not jammed between the door and seat - no more problems. Hope that solves your problem as well. Randy
