Yea, it is a real shame Honda got cold feet when the economy tanked, and pulled the NSX replacement. They were so far along in development, seemed a shame to drop it at this stage of development. They are taking the "safe", make money approach to automobile building. Things go in cycles. I remember after the gas crisis in 1973/74, you couldn't buy anything with any horsepower other than an exotic. Maybe when things turn around, they'll jump back in, but by then they'll be behind the curve, unless they continue R&D on the side.
