Is the fuel door lid lockable? From what I've read it seems like anyone can push the fuel door lid and open it. If that's the case then it sucks

From what I've read it seems like anyone can push the fuel door lid and open it. If that's the case then it sucks because malicious people can open the fuel door and pour sugar into the fuel tank.
