Ok... So my thoughts are that the entire system is there without the on/off switch. So wiring an on/off switch shouldn't be an issue. I bet even the relay is

If that's true (and it may well be); the more difficult part will probably be finding the wiring termination point (I would imagine it's somewhere in the steering column or it could even be up through the existing stalk on the column if that's where it would generally be turned on).
I would also think that the bulb will have to be purchased but who knows...until on of us actually takes the unit apart we won't know!
