The brake has to be pressed in order for it to shut down while moving, so as long as it isnt, you're fine.

Actually, mine performs a bit differently, as does the Z of a friend of mine... Mine will not turn off if the car is rolling unless I hold it down for three to five seconds. It won't turn off with a "tap" until the car has slowed down and is barely rolling. For example, when I pull into the garage and start to push it to turn off, it won't until the car is barely creeping to a stop. Obviously, I have a 6MT. And it does this without the brake pedal being pressed.

On an open road at about 15MPH I tested it and it will not turn off unless I hold the button longer.

My friend's does the same thing and won't shut off with a quick press until she's "creeping". So, I turn mine off and sing, "So I creep, yeah...just keep it on the down low..." and then it shuts off. Sorry, couldn't resist

Just my two cents...
