Is the lower aero lip installed at the factory or dealership?

jep... definitely against taking any of my cars to the dealer unless it's a warranty fix.

even if the mechanic did a great job, their porters will smash your new lip into the tire stop.

hahaha.

Is it worth buying? How hard can it be to install? I'm sure it's just a couple of plastic clips.
