I understand now. For those assuming I'm lazy/should have Googled, VC21753 made no sense to me whatsoever. I even tried to make the "3" into an "E", looked at it backwards, as a reflection, and I didn't "see" anything. It looked indistinguishable enough that I wouldn't waste time trying to Google it as if it actually had some kind of meaning other than a concoction of numbers and letters that means something to the originator. As to the other plate, I asked because I passed a 350Z on the way home from work yesterday. The tag said, TXSGRL2. I can't figure it out, either (except for the 2 and the GRL part--a young girl was driving it). So, when I saw TXI and yesterday, TXS, I wondered if the letters, "TX" meant something more common than I was aware of. So I asked.
