I couldn't find a pic or link to the one I like, but it is a small cushion that is slightly contoured against the lower back. The seats in the Z are the worst re: lack of lumbar support that I have found for my particular back pain, but that little cushion helps immensely when I hit a bump.
Back pain is very individualized, so what works for me might not be best for you. I tried several small cushions before finding one I was satisfied with. Good luck! |
