Default Cushion sensor for the passenger seat...

Hey all. I havery aftermarket seats. On the passanger side I had a cushion airbag sensor to keep the lights off. Well it got soaked and doesn't work anymore. My question is ...are the cushion sensors universal? Can I get one out of say a wrecked altima or something. I'm not sure of any other way to keep the lights from coming on even after a reset. (Dash light and the yellow one on the side

Thanks!
