Time to sell?

If your Z is an extra car that you can live without for a few years then yeah it's a sellers market. But if your going to sell then buy right away then it's just "a" market.

This resonates with me.
If you aren't attached to the car and you can be without a car until the market settles down and prices go back to normal, then yes, sell it for profit. If however, you plan on upgrading immediately - you're not gaining anything, you'll be spending MORE money than you're spending now, just to upgrade your car. If you're happy with your car now, then that makes no sense.

I struggle with this every day.... do I sell and make $$$ and just sit on the cash and wait for the economy to stabilize in say 3-5 years, or spend the $$$ for an FI stage Seb (2.5) TT kit + supporting mods....
