Just the Post-MAF tubes? How many components did you disconnect? It's a PITA to try to squeeze in just the intake tubes. I always remove the entire intake from the TBs forward and then put it together before dropping the entire assembly back in. Should make it a lot easier

Yes. post maf.
I did just that. The little tube on the side was the issue. Also, tube itself was too long. I had to trim constantly a little at a time. Took a lot of trimming adjustments in and out.
