To wait, or not

I've been dying to get back into a Z, but like everyone else, I've been waiting for the Z35. I found a clean local 2011 sport package with 3 piece aftermarket wheels, AAM competition exhaust and a set of coil overs new in box. The car has a out 33,xxx miles on it and the price point isn't bad at 19,000. For the life of me, I cant decide whether I should jump on this or wait. Any feedback?
