Notchy shifting and feeling bumps while shifting in to gear

Let me know if you find anything. I've had the same issue where my transmission used to just slip into gears nice and smoothly and slowly over the last two years it's became increasingly more notchy and rough and now it's begun to very occasionally grind/lock me out when shifting at higher load/rpm. I've done everything short of either replacing the transmission or just selling the car at this point, it has irritated me enough.

It has yet to grind or lock me out thankfully I had my dad drive it and give his opinion on it as well and he said it felt like any other mt car that he’s ever driven idk it might be all in my head who knows so I’m going to stick with his word and just keep swimming and hope he isn’t wrong
