I must say the best way to learn would be to hire a rental manual car and practice. Save your own clutch... I find the Z has a tough clutch

Save your own clutch... I find the Z has a tough clutch (yes i know there are tougher out there, my friend's custom supra clutch is murder...) compared to my previous car, the polo gti and that had a tougher clutch than the average everyday car. From this perspective i'd imagine learning to use a manual on the z would be a sobering experiance. Not impossible but more unpleasant than it should be. Remember however that once you get good at the z clutch, the normal cars out there become extremely easy. |
