they might install it if i get it through alternate route The counter to california is that if Nissan were to require a certified installer, i bet they'd have a few in the state I believe Stillen is the only place that is authorized to install N-Attack gear on GTRs, and they're in Costa Mesa. We could probably think of this imaginary engine/transmission package as a similar type of upgrade option
