Tuners have a different mindset. Not that I tuned my Z to the extreme. But my braking and suspension tuning was fairly aggressive and I had a few core mods. We need new platforms once they are done tuning their cars and have pushed their cars to the limits they have set. Since the Z is a HERITAGE car. Loyal tuners are awaiting for the next evolution of their car. So they can enhance and push the limits of the car.... DON'T FORGET. Car companies improve their cars from the modifications the consumer market invents, not vice versa. If you didn't have hungry tuners pining for a Z35 to mod and improve them? Nissan wouldn't have the ideas to make better cars at the factory. You love your Z so much because all of those hungry tuners, putting in so much work in past Z's. So if people were the way you perceive they should be. Sports cars would have never progressed to be as good as the Z34 is today. There isn't only one type of enthusiast.
