The few Z's I saw in NE Ohio all waved to each other, but it seems here in the SE where Z's are more abundant, not everyone waves...

You live in a place called Canton GA. Doesn't everyone wave to everyone there by default?

I live in Los Angeles. My own mother wouldn't wave to me.
