You shouldnt go wrong with the Touring/sport packages then. Even if you just do light mods, you'll be happy - it responds well to the CBE/HFC/Intake mods.

I dont mind being doomed haha, if its destiny, so shall it be. what do you guys think about putting a borla exhaust on the Z instead of the typical brands?

Well, Borla in reality IS a "typical" brand. Lots of people who have no idea what to buy for the 370 would, by default think the names "Borla", "Flowmaster" and "Magnaflow". And if I remember right, it sounded like a bag of smashed arseholes.

Careful when dabbling in the overwhelming urge to be "original" - some people try so hard they get stuff that is ugly/sounds horrible or whatever other reason just BECAUSE its original rather than common sense. I'd rather have an exhaust that most people have that sounds good, rather than an exhaust that nobody has that sounds like poop in my ear canal.

Here's the latest Borla clip btw, its kinda old...but I think it sounds terrible.

Gotta agree. Too high pitch. (or something).

I SURE wish they'd make an exhaust for the Z that sounded like the Mustang's...a bit more throaty, in other words.

oh what I meant was typical for an import. I was listening to another clip on youtube with a dude using a borla exhaust. Its from the inside while he's driving...I thought is sounded pretty good, but I still got a bunch of time to think things through.

yeah, that one does sound like poop...the sound isn't deep enough and it sounds to raspy without the growl

We put a Borla on my friend Zpirates car... Sounds good in person, but different from my Stillen..A bit higher pitched Euro sound, but he's a Borla fan having one on his 350Z also..I haven't driven the car yet so i can't give you an interior reading, but he likes it..

I've had my car just short of a year and I drove it hard all sumer, some days with temps of 100 and never had an overheating problem.

+3 haha, fantastic pic for sure! silver was my original choice but I changed it to pearl white. When I saw that pic, I was like, "whatevers at the dealer is cool, white or silver" haha
