They will re-program the car with the new fobs. The old ones won't work anymore after this. No worries in that department.

That’s exactly what they did with keys. Then gave me my car back dirty and with low gas in the fuel tank! Pissed me off even more. Made them take it back and wash and detail it and fill the gas tank. Then they offered some free 30,000mile services in addition to the $100 discount. But I don’t think I’ll ever bring her back to the dealer.

I hate hearing this. I would give the dealership a call and talk to the GM. More than likely since you were being handled by the service Mgr., the GM knows nothing of this. If he or she is any kind of good GM, this is one of the last things they want to hear coming across their desk. It may not help you out now, however down the road it may. Sorry you had to go through this crap.
