I have an Australian Clutch Services (because I live down-under) lightweight flywheel and 1350kg clutch in my car which sees a lot of track use.
Since the car has done a lot of work, everything is noisy, most of which is gearbox rattle in neutral with clutch released and there is an harmonic just off idle, but the kit does what I want and the engine revs drop with lower rotational inertia of a LW flywheel just like I want it to do. NVH will definitely suffer and you will notice it - the question is "do you care". |
