I appreciate the comments. I didn't do much to my '12 Nismo and regretted it, so this project car has already been more enjoyable.

Love it Doc! That car is beautiful!

Where in Arkansas? I'm up in the NW corner...

Cheers, JC

Did some suspension work over the past couple of weekends. Powertrix coilovers, Hotchkiss front bar w/ SPL links, FUCAs, camber bars, and toe bolts. Topped it off with a new set of Forgestars.

Really happy so far, but I’ll probably end up talking myself into a set of mid links before too long. Adjusting toe with the eccentrics is a pain in the ***.

Sorry for the late response (I was traveling), but I'm approximately 45 minutes north of Little Rock.

Almost finished. I ordered a bracket for the IC7, as I found a way to use the steering column to mount the dash safely. The custom one I printed won't work with the view i have from my seating position. The fuel level, signals, hi beam, and parking brake indicators all are functional, so I can legally run this as my primary dash in Texas based on inspection laws. Now to eat something and then put the car back together.

I double checked my voltage parameters for the zeitronix ethanol reading, but it still says 50% with out the pull-up resistor enabled, and 55% with the resistor enabled. Probably just shitty ethanol in Austin.

Remember, in many states no the just call it flex fuel. I think has to be a minimum of 50 or 55%. The deal is you never know what you are going to get.

Yup. That's one of the reason I haven't even considered switching over. I know guys that have never seen over 70% here in town. Ethanol content is low in Texas in general thanks to O&G.

Yeah, that's probably what it is. I'm irked at the fact that they advertise it as E85. I'm pretty sure you cant have anything below E70 at the pump if you advertise it as 85, but I'm not an expert in that area.

Here's a quick video of the temporary zip tie mount haha:

The cord sticking up is the usb cable to access the dash. I still need to fine tune some sensitivity settings for the ambient light sensor and the fuel level signal. I took a right turn at speed and it definitely gave me the low fuel warning lmaoooo

In So Cal the ethanol pumps actually have stickers on them that tell you what the minimum ethanol content is. There's a station within a mile from me but the sticker on their pumps state minimum 55% so you never know what you're going to get. There's a Propel station about 5 miles away and the sticker says minimum 72%. I usually see 82 to 83% on my gauge from Propel.
