Just bought an impact, on sale at HomeDepot, just the lower end consumer grade Ryobi cordless, but that’ll work for me. |
Finally decided to get the Z1 Post-MAF's this past Black Friday and installed them. They say it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. For me, it took 4-5 hours total due to being a weaksauce and no muscles. Side note, did not have to trim anything like mentioned in a few threads.

Real drivers never lift. However with that being said, torque is your friend. Long wrench handles are the way to go when possible.
Work smarter not harder! |
Got my hella horns yesterday to replace stock horns. Once I get my LED headlight bulbs will do the install as the bumper needs to come off for both jobs.

Installed Z1 2 pc rears...courtesy of PharmDZ.....
Like a dumbass I realized I installed them backward after already buttoned everything back up one side....so I swung the rubber mallet at my balls a couple of times, then sucked it up and corrected it. Well at least now I’m an expert at installing the traction arms now. |
