Default Hit and run

So someone over this snowy lapse we had in vancouver decided to parralel park into my front bumper. Only six months into owning my new car and I've already got a claim in which I have to pay the deductable for. Ripped the bumper from the driver side fender, cracked driver side DRL, and traded a significant amount of paint.

On the more optimistic side of things icbc agreed to putting a nismo bumper on the front end.

Not sure how to upload photos on here from my phone
jaedub and axmea? like this.

So a couple of weeks later and my z is back and better than ever.

For the record the nismo bumper conversion is alot easier and cheaper than most of the parts lists ive read. Feel free to ask if any of you have questions

Did you purchase the under tray and inner fender liner when you did your conversion?

@jaedub

actually no i didnt. Thats kind of what i meant by the conversion costing alot less than expected. I gambled and ended up quite satisfied with the outcome.

The undertray lines up near perfect, so, really i have no idea why people change it at all? And the fender liners both driver and passenger leave such a little gap i could care less. 80-90% of the tabs line up. I can take some photos at a later point explain better

These three pieces below (both driver and passenger side)
The front fascia bumper itself
And obviously the DRLs at a later point

Are all the things i purchased to make this bumper fit perfectly with no exposure to the undertray or inner fenders.

Much appreciate it!

@jaedub

Sorry not the best lighting. If you zoom in on the fender liner youll see a sliver of light, hardly large enough to fit a credit card through. Thats the only imperfection in the fender liner as the rest of it lines up perfeftly. Well obviously because the fender etc remains the exact same. It looks the exact same on both driver and passenger side.
