Hood had some custom swirls installed courtesy of the damned dealership, but they werent TOO noticeable.

Oh, and I did this gem myself a couple weeks ago at the track. Oops 8P

Of course. $4200 total damage. $2200 of which was labor, $1000 was a single headlight, and the other $1000 comprised of a new core support, new front bumper, bumper support, foam support, and misc. brackets and whatnot. Oh, I guess it'd also include another $250 for a new oil cooler core. It wasn't punctured, and I drove it back to the pits, but it was dented and probably not very functional anymore.

Repairs should be complete within a week or so, right around when I get back to my base from my Thanksgiving leave. I told them to save the bumper - going to keep it as a memento lol.

the 3rd or 4th day i had it i pulled into a cauldersac to pick up my niece, i accidentaly backed into an 18th century sturdy as hell wooden flower pot. It cracked the very bottom driver side of my back bumper, directly above the the drivers said exhaust, put some scratches in it. I went to my dads place and we put a few cuts in it, i ordered the touch up paint. The only way you can see it is if you get within a few feet. But yeah, i didnt eat for maybe 2 days. I almost ordered a new bumper, but im cool now :-D

Default rock chip second day :(

Barely had 50 miles on it, second time I was driving the car and a rock hit the front window driver side.

I was so pissed it ruined my first drive to work.

the chip is ironically dead center to the RPM gauge so I get to stare at it till I get it repaired...

That was a bit out of my control, to be honest - it ended up bugging out, presumably due to some sliding around, and I didnt know how to reset it at the time. Should have that figured out when I get it back.

For mine:

Day one: Dealership washing the car, leaves swirl marks all over the car.
Day two: Construction strips pavement from a 10 miles stretch of road, pain chips EVERYWHERE!

Ever since then, I could absolutely care less of how it looks as long as there's no dents. Too much construction in DFW to care about rock chips, considering I get them everywhere it seems.

My old STi I had the first day and it got egged.... I have horrible luck (my Forester got hit head on, on the freeway about 3 weeks after I got it!)

Somehow managed to get too close to my Trail Blazer SS while backing out of the Garage then crunch. Talk about a double F**k. 370z has a little dent in the passenger side rear bumper and some paint missing, hard to tell when thoroughly waxed. The Trail Blazer SS has some paint missing on the front driver side bumper and needs to be pulled out a bit. But neither vehicle looks that bad I just need to bite the bullet and get them both repaired.

I say not that bad but if you’ve had a small accident in the past you know how much paint and body work can cost.

I got my first real blemish today - I have one of the leather bras for my car and one of the hooks that connects it to the car came off while I was driving and managed to put a nice scrape on the black plastic part of the bumper. You can't see it unless you know where it is, but it bothers me nonetheless.

Ouch! That sucks man! Didn't even look you were going fast enough for the car to react like that.

Someone dinged my driver's door at work. I told everyone don't talk to me for a week and they knew I was serious haha. Just bought some touch up paint for the time being. Getting the car painted in a month anyways

1st week of owning my 08 350z a lady in the Mall opens her door and smacks straight into my Z. I stared at her with near heart attack about happend, so close to killing her, and then she say's whats your problem and drives away. My gf got her plates, but the cops said "Who is to put her at that place and time with out any other proof, and kids like you just try to get there mistakes fixed at other peoples expense". I was shocked hell he even refused to make a report, so I came back the next day and talked with his supervisor. My first trip was after 9:00 pm so it was the grave yard people working.

I have 3 owwies

First: On day 3 of having my car, I was leaving class after taking a final and in the U-turn to get on the freeway, a semi truck ran into the curb breaking a piece off which hit my rim.

Second: A kid decided to shot my driver’s side door with a pellet gun (at point blank range) leaving a ½ inch dent and removing all the paint. [fixed]

Third: Was cruising down 290 to Austin, a 5 gallon bucket fell off the back of a utility vehicle (which was in the furthest right hand lane, I was in the left). The bucket hit the car behind the truck and launched it across the freeway where it eventually made contact with my front bumper; there is a minor rash next to the left fang.
