Oil filter warning after 2,000 miles

I had the same reaction... freak out mode, pulled over checked oil, totally fine. After owning a wrx with a larger turbo, I am used to going through oil like

I had the same reaction... freak out mode, pulled over checked oil, totally fine.

After owning a wrx with a larger turbo, I am used to going through oil like it's nothing, but this car uses little/none. Wrx = keep 2 quarts in the trunk at all times/should have come stock with air/oil sperator! (don't miss that thing for a second).

Just do about eight laps through that menu thing and clear it out (always annoyed during that process!). Yell at the dealership to reset it if you plan on having the oil changed there as they only reset it about 25% of the time.
