I don't think you can upshift to 7th at that speed. My 7AT prevents upshifts until rpm reaches 2k or thereabouts (gear dependent). I can't get 7th gear until I'm at 48 mph (77kph).

If the road is straight with low traffic and few stops, I'd shift up to 6th for sure. With traffic and/or stop lights, I'd stop at fifth. However, you could cruise noisily in 2nd gear if you wanted.
