This is a situation that all decent Southern Californians have to deal with. So many uninsured motorists out here. Tons of people taking off after hittin someone too.

personally after reading stories about hit and runs I decided not to turn my car off because it took them awhile to hesitate before getting out of their car, I still had my seat belt and was engaged in 1st gear ready to chase him down if he decided to run.
