mine was blinking N but no warning lights.
when I was getting my tune what DIRK posted was what my tuner did to reset the 'neutral' position in the car and it was fine.
usually happens for a few reasons and MAY or MAY NOT happen
1) tranny work
2) clutch work
3) shifter work
4) ecu resetting/flashing

Hey I don't have a picture of it but it did say warning on the left, and I did recently have some clutch work done.
