I'm guessing this is a v6 accord. You say it looked stock, so I'm going to assume it's automatic in this case. Automatic V6 will take off the line faster

I'm guessing this is a v6 accord. You say it looked stock, so I'm going to assume it's automatic in this case. Automatic V6 will take off the line faster than you and shift faster than you (since you have a Nismo that means you have a 6mt). If it makes you feel any better, sometimes when I spiritedly take off in 1st I'll notice similar, average cars keeping pace, which makes me think something is wrong with my Nismo. One time this Camry v6 kept pace really well. But then again, I'll be first to admit that I'm not the best at launching this car.
