My dealer acted like I had two heads , he went from what noise to "Oh that sound!" The tech looked it up on his shop computer, nope not here

My dealer acted like I had two heads , he went from what noise to "Oh that sound!"
 The tech looked it up on his shop computer, nope not here so he gave me , it must not exists look!  Can't wait for the TSB! Thanks for staying on this !  Alex
